A huge fire broke out at a Bangladesh Inland Water Transport Authority (BIWTA) warehouse in Narayanganj this afternoon.
Fakruddin Ahmed, deputy assistant director of Narayanganj Fire Service and Civil Defence, confirmed the development, that the fire started around 1:15pm.
Seven fire engines are attempting to control the fire, he added.
In November 2018, a similar fire broke out at the BIWTA warehouse in Narayanganj, causing significant damage.
